What Causes Pain In Right Testicle Radiating To Right Thigh?

Hi doctor I have a question regarding the pain on my right testicle that radiates to my right thigh. I feel a pimple - like sensation on my right testicle. The pimple is very tiny. Probably as tiny as a pin point and has been there for over a year. Sometimes when I touch this pimple, I get a sharp pain that lasts for a few seconds. However, there are times when I reach down there to determine where the pain could be coming from and I don t feel Anything. Not even when I touch the small pimple. I checked with a urologist and he told me that he does not think there s any problem. Please advice

Hi, It could simply be a pimple or a sebaceous cyst. You dont need to worry about it. If there is a pain otherwise then you should get investigated. But if a Urologist has checked you and told all is normal then you dont need to worry. I think you should relax.
Take care,
Dr Rishi, New Delhi, India.
