Hi,

There can be several reasons for pain in the right testicle despite having a normal scan, including referred pain from nearby structures such as the prostate, epididymis, or inguinal hernia. Another possibility is intermittent testicular torsion, which can cause sudden and severe pain that may resolve spontaneously. It is important to follow up with your doctor for further evaluation and management of your symptoms.

Regarding the EMANZEN D tablet, it contains a combination of Diclofenac and Serratiopeptidase, which are anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving medications. If you stop taking the tablets, the pain may return, especially if the underlying cause is not addressed. It is important to follow your doctor's instructions regarding medication use and follow-up appointments.

To take care of your testicular health in the future, it is recommended to perform regular self-examinations to check for any abnormalities or changes in the size or shape of the testicles. It is also important to seek medical attention if you experience any new or persistent symptoms such as pain, swelling, or lumps in the testicles or scrotum.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Hi,

There can be several reasons for testicular pain, including infections, injury, inflammation, or a problem with the blood vessels or nerves in the area. In some cases, the cause of testicular pain may not be immediately evident, even after diagnostic testing. It is important to follow up with your doctor if you continue to experience pain or if it worsens.

As for your second question, if you stop taking the medication, the pain may return if the underlying cause is not resolved. You should discuss any concerns about stopping or continuing medication with your doctor.

To take care in the future, it is important to practice good hygiene, wear protective gear during physical activities, and seek prompt medical attention for any symptoms of pain or discomfort in the testicular area.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
