Dear Doctor I have recently undergone lithrotipsy for stone in pancreatic duct. Having completed 3 sessions 2 days ago, I am now experiencing pain in my right calf and noticed inability to fully bend the toes on both feet. Looking forward to your advise Hermes Ferns
hello, i can understand your concern. i would suggest a arterial and venous doppler of the right lower limb to rule out any thrombus post surgery. this would help in further management of the pain. according to the doppler finding a low molecular weight heparin can be started. hope you are satisfied with the response. thanks for choosing HCM
