What Causes Pain In Right Abdomen And Back?

im in a lot of pain in my right side of my stomach ,i cant get up from the couch it hurts & also my back ,i went ton my doctor today he said i probably pulled the muscle but he sent me for an xray ,2 weeks ago im seffering of hutrburn nausea ,i know i have a fever,I kind of egnoring it & my hearing is affected ,it disappear & today i can sit it hurts & worst i cant get up its repping my muscle in the front & in my back

After going through your description about the pain in lower abdomen and back, with fever, heartburn and nausea, it doesn't appear to be simple muscle pull. You need to get an ultrasound abdomen to rule out the following:
1. Appendicitis
2. Kidney stones.
Kindly consult Surgeon with the reports for proper management.
