What Causes Pain In Penis?

Hi I m 18 and the main vein on my penis has a hard lump and when I put a slight bit of pressure it hurts. when I have an erection the bump is extremely hard and it hurts to have intercourse. to me it feels like the vein has a clot or the vein itself is twisted I m really worried and need an answer to know wether or not it will go away or if I need to see a doctor please help

It can be due to Peyronie's disease or it can due to vessel related. Doing a Doppler penis can help diagnose it. At present you can take mild painkillers.
