Hi I have been experiencing pain in my pelvis and when I need to urinate it is worse,it s been coming and going for a week. I thought maybe cystitis as used to suffer frequently as a child but it doesn t burn when I go,my vaginal area feels hot and pelvis in front sore instead.however I do have the need to go to urinate within a couple of minutes after originally going only to pass a few drops which leaves an ache and the thought/feeling I may need to go again.I m also waking in the night now (last 2 days) with need to urinate and today have had terrible lower back ache.do I need to see the doctor or can I take an over counter medication?
