What Causes Pain In Nipples And Lower Right Abdomen?
My nipples hurt and they are always looking hard and their darker than usual and I've been having sharp pains on my lower right abdomen and then it shifts to the left and, I'm feeling as though I'm coming down with a cold, my throat is like dry and i'm sneezing.

Nipples getting taught, tender and pains in the lower abdomen can be due to IBS- irritable bowel syndrome- the anxiety and stress being the major causes of both the problems.
I would advise the following in such cases.
Consult a Doctor for a complete clinical evaluation, detailed history and physical examination so that further investigations can be done accordingly..
Get an appropriate treatment, be away from stress and anxiety .
