i am a boy and 20 years old. Abou a month ago, I had pain in the throat, and a few times when i woke up at morning, i spit a lttle blood. then a few days ago, i had a stiff neck. yesterday when i woke up, i suddnly had no vision, for about a minute, everything turned dark. and my whole body was feeling very cold. and today when i woke up from sleep, and was lying in bed, i suddenly couldnt move my whole body for a few seconds. i had also sleeping disturbances a few times in the last year. i would suddenly wake up at night. then this morning i spit a little blood again. i want to mention here also that i am very weak, and underweight. my lips and mouth tend to be dry almost all the time. my digestive system is weak as well. and for some time i have been feeling a pulse, like a heartbeat, in different parts of my body. and also for some time i have a habit of putting a lot of pressure on my throat when i spit out, maybe the blood is due to this. i dont know if all these things are related or relevant. but i am very worried that this may be signs of a sereous problem, and would be very thankful for any help.
