What Causes Pain In Mid Lower Back With Swelling In Hands And Feet?

Hi i am a 19 year old female. I have been experiencing pain in what i believe to my kidneys when i wake up from the last 4months. I feel a kind stuffiness/pain until i get up to go and urinate and the pain then disapears. I have experimented in drinking more water throughout the day and vefore sleeping and also going to the bathroom ince in the middle of the night. However i still wake up with that stuffy pain in my middle to lower back n find it hard to breathe deeply.i have also been waking up with slightly swollen hands face and feet(from the past year). Please could you tell me what might be the problem here?

If we comment as per perception you have presented, it would not be prudent to do so in the absence of urine examination report for microscopic test for RBC, pus cells etc or test for albuminurea.

It's better to utilise the time before going for tests by starting to take tab. Neeri and Tab Cystone 1 TDS each for two weeks at least. These are Ayurvedic, safe, naturals for bringing urine without loss of potassium unlike Allopathic diuretics.

This will also remove swelling. If possible Liquid Punarnavarishta 10 ml TDS with equal water may also be found out.

These are very commonly available in India. Elsewhere you have try on net. No interaction, no side effects, safe.
