What Causes Pain In Lower Abdomen Post Masturbation?
I am a straight man (never had anal sex with a male) but recently started using masturbating with a vibrator in my anus. Throughout masturbation I have always felt pleasure but almost two weeks ago, immediately after masturbating anally with the vibrator, I thought I had at first a direct, and then indirect, hernia. After a visit to my primary care doctor and the ER due to pain and swelling I was treated for Epididimitis on the LEFT side. Tonight, I resumed such masturbation and upon completion, I feel pain, greater than the last incident, in my lower abdomen in the region where I previously received mesh hernia repair surgery on the RIGHT side. The pain is worsened when I stand up or walk. Is there a likely cause for the pain and should I disclose my masturbation activity to my primary care physician?
