What Causes Pain In Lower Abdomen, Navel And Unpleasant Discharge In Urethra?
I have pain in my pelvis abdomen left lower side right lower side and the upper part i have upper and lower pain and pain in my belly button painful urethra and a smelly discharge i have chest pains aswell and my lungs hurt when i breathe there are so many things wrong what it could be ?please answer im scared

1. USG abdomen. 2. Chest x-ray.
It might fungal infection, UTI.
See physician for examination.
