Noted your history of being 19 years old and have the complaints of pain on the left side of the abdomen particularly on eating something, very excruciating sometimes, like something is squeezing. Felt the pain going to the heart yesterday. I would advise you the following in such a situation as the pain is after food and excruciating: First of all, get an upper GI endoscopy done. CT scan of the abdomen to see whether there is an intestinal obstruction or stricture or so. Clinical evaluation preferably by a General Surgeon. All these reports will get you the proper diagnosis and a plan for treatment. Till then take small frequent meals. PPI like Omeprazole Antacid liquid particularly when you are on empty stomach.
