General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the pain in hips and buttocks, feet with motions disturbances indicate grave issue at spinal cord level. The prime concern is with nerve compression at lumbar or lumbosacral path. However, a recent MRI evaluation is mandatory for the condition to get into greater details and cure accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
