What Causes Pain In Knees, Wrists And Feet?

I have been having achey knees, wrists, sort of shooting pains from my feet periodically and right foot has issues with pain on the outside periodically too. I had MRI on left knee and was told it would heal and needed no work done on it now. Saw chiropractor and he said that my left ankle is weak from an old bike wreck and wants me to wear orthodics which I had been doing and it did improve but it s worse now. I had been a 5:30am gym rat and now I can hardly ride my bike. Thoughts?? I would pay $15 for answer but certainly don t want any monthly fee that I have to cancel. I ll look up online.

I can understand your concern and would try to help you in the best possible way. Non specific pains in various joints of the body could mean vitamin d deficiency or any inflammatory arthropathy. You need to provide me with more medical details pertaining to your problem for further help.

These conditions could be rules out by simple blood tests like CBC with ESR, RF factor test, X ray of the joints and vitamin d levels.
