What Causes Pain In Gland Under Chin?
I am having a dull aching pain in the gland area under my chin both on the left and right side. The ache also runs up below my ear. My gland don t feel swollen, but I often can feel what I believe to be a large gland when I turn my neck/chin a certain way. I ve also have chronic sinus infections. What could be causing this pain and should I go see my ENT?

It seems that these are enlarged tender sub mandibular lymph nodes giving this problem.
This might be due to chronic sinusitis you are having.
This can be due to some infection in your mouth like carious teeth, tartered teeth.
Consult your doctor and get examined.
Treatment of cause will give you relief from your problem.
