What Causes Pain In Gall Bladder During Sex?

I am a 26 year old female with 3 children. About 2 years ago I started having gall bladder attacks and starting a year ago, during intercourse I have intense pain in my gall bladder/ right kidney area. I have to squeeze it very hard to get through sex. It doesn't happen all the time but when it does it goes on for weeks. We have to limit our positions now because of it. Any idea what it could be?

you may have pain due to gallstones or some infection in gall bladder or right lobe of liver.you should get done a ultrasound scan of your abdomen and some laboratory tests like Complete blood count,liver function tests,blood sugar and a chest x ray.this may be a muscular pain which is increased due to abnormal positions.
