What Causes Pain In Flank While Urine Test Being Clear?

I am looking for answers to why I have flank pain, but no bacteria or nitrates in urine. My urinalysis ph was 1.005 with large 3+ blood. I am curious about the ph because I have not hydrated well today at all because I have not felt well. I actually have only had a glass of coffee and a few sips of water.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
You might be having renal stones. Blood 3+ in urine without any pus call or WBC can be of concern too. Inwould advice you to see a urologist to rule out any serious pathology. Also undergo an ultrasound of kidneys, ureter & urinary bladder.
Thanks
