What Causes Pain In Elbow Radiating To Forearm And Arm?

Soreness in elbow radiating to upper forearm. Painful to extend arm, grasp objects or lift objects. Not as painful when in 90 degree position at rest. Mild soreness to the touch at the elbow. It has been a recurring condition for a year now, has gotten much more painful past 2 months. No noticeable discoloring, bruising or swelling.

Soreness in elbow radiating to upper forearm can be due to nerve related disorder.
Pain on extending the arm, inability to lift objects,pain on touching the elbow are all suggestive of involvement of nerve.
Compression, irritation, inflammation of nerve can lead to Pain, tingling sensation, altered sensation, etc.
