Hi
Welcome to healhcaremagic
After going through your query I concluded that you may be having pleurisy as your endoscopy, 2D Echo and ECG is normal. You can get your your chest x ray to exclude other causes. Treatment of it is analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. Vitamin B and C are helpful in recovery. You can also checked your vitamin D3 levels and take supplements if it is low. You can discuss with your about it. If you have any clarification then please don't hesitate to write to us. I will be happy to help you.
Wishing you a good health. Take care.
