General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You have history of allergy and now have mole in the armpits and getting pain. Pain in the armpits is commonly caused by lymph nodes, ingrown hairs, bacterial / fungal infections that cause inflammation and are infected. Sometimes, psoriasis, shingles or skin cancers may manifest similar symptoms.

You are suggested to get clinically examined by a GP or a dermatologist, get all blood tests, STD tests, skin tests and biopsy. If required, imaging tests done to detect the pathology causing you discomfort, you will be treated accordingly. Take care of your hygiene, take regular bath. Avoid addictions if any. Do not share your toiletries with anyone. You can take acetaminophen, one SOS when required to ease pain and discomfort.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
