Hi the last week I have been trying to poo and I have only been doing little bits like I am constipated and trying to push it out not hurting or anything then the last 3 days It has been been really hard to poo and I have went to wipe and little bits of poo are there and blood where I just hold the tissue under my anal hole and it drips blood. Last night I had excruciating pain in my bladder area and couldn t poo at all. Can you please help me?

Per rectal bleeding or blood in stool is a matter of concern, it might be related to injury of anal canal due to passage of hard stool or constipation, hemorrhoids, fissure in Ano.
I would advise you to avoid constipation by taking laxative or stool softener like liquid paraffin or lactulose. Have dietary fiber, fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet. Have plenty of fluids.
In my opinion you should see a doctor as per your convenience for physical examination and endoscopy if need be to find out the cause for bleeding, if you can write back to me with medical history and relevant information, so that I will be able to tell you more precisely. Best wishes
