Hello,

The pain in the shoulder blades is due to Trapezitis. The muscle called Trapezius inserts over there and inflammation of it is suggestive of abnormal changes in the cervical spine.

Due to cough for a long run can make the change in the normal physiological functions of the muscles of the upper back and leads to pains.

The abdominal pain can be due to either excessive coughing or maybe a gastric issue. Drinking more water is advised.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
