General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

While this is not a service associated with WebMD, I would love to answer your questions. The problem you are facing is probably due to small fissures in the anus.

This is caused by eating habits that are low in fiber, resulting in some amount of constipation. Along with straining to push stools, you end up developing minor tears.

Additionally, the pain further causes constipation. I would advise you to increase the consumption of fibers in the form of fruits and green vegetables.

Additionally, you could take a stool softener to help loosen your stool. Weight loss would definitely help.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
