What Causes Pain During Bowel Movement?

hi sir, im getting pain at the time of passing stool and after finishing also the pain continues for some time. I met a doctor who is my aunt and she suggested me to take piles tablets for 10 days (3 time a day) and to apply Proctocydel ointment. So I did and got relief. But after three months I am facing the same problem. What is the permanant solution for it. And one more thing, CAN I EAT CHICKEN AND MUTTON WITH THIS PROBLEM?

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the case of hemorrhoid (Piles) then it has to be managed with surgical treatment else the medical treatment only gives temporary relief for cure surgery is the best option one have, till then you have to take care for constipation and for that you can try Isabgol stool softener,
If the pain is not due to hemorrhoid then underlying cause of abdomen pain needs to be found out and it could be colitis (Ulcerative ) it could be ascending colon infection with inflammatory condition, for the pain Tab Acetaminophen with Dicyclomine can be tried
