What Causes Pain By The Waist On The Left Side?

Pain dull in left side by my waist. Doesnt hurt when Im still. When I get up quick major pain happens then it subsides to a dull pain. Happens at a medium amount when I run. If Bladder is full it seems to get worse a bit, but I dont believe its my bladder. I constantly drink water, and no soda s. I have a desk job during the day and try to remain active in the evening. Puzzled about what this is. The only thing on that side I can find is the descending lower intestine, but it seems to be muscle oriented??? Any ideas?

I understand your concern.

Dull pain on left side near waist with pain increasing when bladder is full can be due to any pathology related to left kidney possibily left kidney stones.
I advise you to first get your USG abdo pelvis and urinanalysis done.
Further management depends upon the cause
You need to take help of urologist in that regard.
-Keep drinking enough water.Minimum 8-10 glasses per day.
-Can have cranberry juice to alkalinize urine that may dissolve any persisting stone.
-If it is associated with urinary tract infection which will be diagnosed on urinanalysis,antibiotics like cipro may be started for 7-10 days.
-If there is hydroureter and hydronephrosis or cyst on kidney on left side,invasive procedures may be considered.
