Good afternoon. I have read your complaint. Mostly likely causes are muscular pain or spine disorder. First of all , take care of your posture while using computer, reading and especially during sleep. Use low height pillow or no pillow at all. You can take muscadol and diclofenac gel for few days. Also check your Blood pressure to see if it is in normal range. If still not get better, see your doctor and do xray of the cervical spine. Hope this will help you.
