What Causes Pain Around The Rib Cage And Breast Bone?

I don t know how to explain the pain around my rib cage and breast bone area, it s sort of an achy feeling, but it feels like it spreads when it occurs. For instance right now it s most strong in the tops of my jaw, and earlier I felt it under the base of my pinkie bone. I don t believe it s severe, just wanting a small explanation or suggestions.

I think it is just the Inflammation of the junction of the Cartilaginous and bony parts of your ribs-Costochondritis. You just remain very conscious of it and avoid touching the area or feeling it again and again. It will go away on its own I. If it gets severe get some Non Steroidal Anti Inflammatory Medicine like Paracetamol.
