General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of pain in and around the anal region all the time and increases on coughing, started after consuming some beer and Chinese food.
The commonest causes are:
- Ano-proctitis
- Anal fissure
I would advise you the following:
Do not change the diet, instead have normal food that you were having and add the things like salad and fruits and high fibers.
Sitz bath in a tub with warm water.
Consult a General Surgeon have per-rectal examination, ano-proctoscopy and colonoscopy.
Tests of stool and blood.
All these things will give you the probable diagnosis and proper plan for treatment.
