Do you feel any mass or swelling in your breast? Did you have fever or redness around nipple recently? Since it is occurring from both sides, we need to look for other reasons too.
When was your last menstrual period? If your cycles are usually normal, then a delayed cycle/missed period with nipple discharge requires an ultrasonogram of pelvis despite a negative pregnancy test. If the uterus and ovaries are normal, please go for breast examination and also serum prolactin levels. Do you get frequent headaches?
