What Causes Pain And Twitching Sensation In The Lower Back?

what could be causing lower left pain in back with numbness on left side, twitching feeling in lower left back and then pain? If standing in one place feels like going to fall and pain going across lower left side that causes you to feel like your breathe is being taken away.

Pain in the back can be due to several causes so most day to day life we come across these disorders as below

a) Herniated Disk
b) Sciatica
c) back strain due to injury
d) Ankylosing Spondylitis
e )Urinary Tract Infection
f) Viral Infections
g) Kidney Stones
h) Prostatitis
i) Cirrhosis
j) Gallstones and Cholecystitis
k) Spondyloarthropathies

1)Do full blood count with differential

2)Do MRI scan to rule out neurological disorders

3) Do liver and renal function test and USG abdomen
