What Causes Pain And Tingling Sensation In The Hands?
both hands are ice cold on the inside(internal) all the time and tingling in the hands to the elbow(both arms) pain is worse at night can t sleep or awoke because of pain. i have had blood work xrays and been to general doctor-cardio doctor-ortho doctor. cant find cause. what doctor do i go to next and what could be cause of pain.

In fact this may be for two reasons. Either neuropathic, this can give pain and are very common .This may also cause numbness and tingling in the hands besides pain.
For this we need to do a tests on nerve called NCS ( nerve conduction study) to know it for sure. Other possibility would be ischemic i.e, problems in the vessels .For this Doppler of the hands may be needed after assessment.
