Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query pain and tightness in jaw after smoking weed could be because of the fact that prolonged duration of use can cause defect in functioning which may manifest is various neurological symptoms like Numbness, tightness which are chronic effects of cannabis. I would advise you to stop using cannabis as there is no physical dependence with marijuana so its very easy to quit this drug. Keep yourself rehydrated with plenty of water and fluids. Take antibiotics such as Augmentin for 5 days. Do warm saline gargles on daily basis. Take antianxiety drugs as well. Start taking multivitamins.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
