General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You may have a muscular pain, I suggest you to take ibuprofen for some days and check the blood pressure. If you don't feel better or have other symptoms like fever or cough you should do blood test, X-ray and a physical examination. It may be an infection of the lungs and needs antibiotics.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Blerina Pasho, General & Family Physician
