What Causes Pain And Tenderness In Right Side Of Neck?

Hi. For the past few days i have had pain on the right side of my neck. Radiating down from my ear, and jaw. If i turn my head to yhe right it hurts and when i press the right side of my neck, where i feel my pulse, it is quite tender. I do not have any fever and it occassionaly hurts when i cough or burp. Any ideas?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it is the muscular pain and it may be due to spasm, physiotherapy can be preferred first instead of taking analgesic, if this fails to work then Tab Chlorzoxazone can be tried, in second thought it could be spine disk disease, hope this information helps.
