What Causes Pain And Swelling On The Right Side Of The Body?

Hello. I am experiencing some pain and swelling in the right side of my body. My arm, leg, and right cheek is slightly larger than my left. I ve had this problem for quite some time, but not sure what it is. I thought it was maybe my sodium intake, so I ve cut down my sodium to a bare minimum, which I ve been doing now for about 2 months, but that doesn t seem to help.
