What Causes Pain And Swelling In Upper Abdomen With Nausea Feeling?

im getting real bad pain in my upper stomach i gets really swollen but its only on my upper stomach.its causing me to be nausa and hard for me to breath it feel like some pressing on my upper stomach.i have ibs but i know its not that.do you think its serious what should i do ?thanks any hepl will do.

- intestine infection - gastritis or duodenitis - ulcer stomach or duodenum
- others .
* Need primary management with PPI and pro kinetics , later if required
work up with ultrasound or upper GI endoscopy .
