Hi my son is 28 and is a drug user he is having a lot of pain his testicals are swollen and he has a growth on the bottom of one sack they gave him an antibiotic but the bleeding is still there and the pain he is in jail and I am worrying can you please help me
The following are few causes of pain and swelling in scrotum: 1) Epididymitis 2) Trauma 3) Orchitis 4) Hernia 5) Hydrocele 6) Varicocele 7) Testicular tumors
He needs to be examined by a surgeon in person. Please ask him to consult a surgeon as soon as possible. To stop bleeding, he can use tab. Tranexamic acid 500 mg twice a day. He may require few tests like Ultrasonography of scrotum.
