General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It could be due to minor trauma at the time of the procedure.
Generally it will settle by itself in few days.
As a first line management you can take analgesics like Tramdol for pain relief, if symptoms persist better to consult a surgeon and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
