What Causes Pain And Numbness In Arms When Suffering From Fibroid In Breast?

Hi, I have been diagnosed with a fibroid in my right breast they are going to remove it. I am worried as I have had a dead numb arm and shoulder pain for a long time. Would a fibroid / fibrodenmoa cause this kind of arm pain. Do I need a second opinion? I am very worried and think about it all he time it s driving me mad :(

Hello dear,

Thank you for your contact to health care magic.

I read and understand your concern.

I am Dr Arun Tank answering your concern.

No, fibroadenoma never causes a numb arm.

If the numbness appears after the fibroid you musy take second opinion.

In advance malignancy or carcinoma it infiltratesbin the nerves and causes numbness.

So second opinion can help you diagnose your exact status.

I will be happy to answer your further concern on bit.ly/DrArun.

Thank you,
Dr Arun Tank
