What Causes Pain And Nausea While Pooping?

Hello Yes, ok. I felt the need to poop and must do right away b/c I may have poop accident. So I poop in my van. No where to sit, I stood with my knees bend. I could not poop while standing so I tried to push poop out. My poop is usually normal, not constipation. When I pushed my intestine to force poop out, there was a very sharp pain in lower intestine but the pain was very long. I felt weK and then a little dizzy, a little nausea. Why?

Hi and welcome to HCM. Thanks for the query.
This may be caused by several anorectal disorders and most common are anal fissure, polyp or hemorrhoids so these should be checked first by rectoscopy. In less common cases, some more serious issues such as tumors may be considered especially if there was blood in stool. In this case, colonoscopy should be performed as soon as possible.

I hope I have answered your question.
Wish you good health. Regards
