General Surgeon 's  Response
Respected madam, hi I evaluated your query thoroughly.
*Cause of pain in muscle spasm is nerve signals sent to the sensory pathway
by streched tendon and nerve endings.
*Take some precautionary steps for the same.
-- Avoid excess banding in particular angles.
-- Avoid very tight fitting brassiers.
-- Regular deep breathing exercises with some strechings at home on regular
basis.
Hope this clears your query.
Thanks for using Health Care Magic and viewing my answer.
Regards
Wishing you a happy healthy life ahead.
Bye Dear Take care.
