What Causes Pain And Itching On The Penis?

Doctors told I have herpes but valcivir 500 not suppressed. But when ever doctors prescribe fexova 120 then symptoms goes down. Now doctors given me clavam 625 so no symptoms in penis of herpes. Could u suggest I have herpes or just some bacteria deasesed. Still very little pain and itching have. May soon will go back. Pls suggest

Hi.
As per your case history you are having genital herpes (pain occurs in herpes not in bacterial infection).
My treatment advice is -
1. Avoid using antiseptic like Dettol or soap on the affected part.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. Take an antiviral medication like Acyclovir 400mg thrice daily for 5 days. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine for itching.

Lesions and pain will subside in 5-7 days.
