Hello. I'm a 22 year old Female and I lately have been exploring anal play. A friend told me to slip ice cubes in my butt and see how many I could hold. Well I did this lastnight and over about 2 hours I fit around 2 do en ice cubes up there..I sipped about 5 in my bottom tonight and as they started melting I novices a mildly alarming amour of watered down blood..minutes later it stopes but now just above my anus is hot and achey. What have I done?
Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted the history and understood your concerns. This is an unusual practice and since you have tried putting in ice cubes for the first time it is possible that there might have been a small tear caused while forcing ice cubes causing the water and blood to flow out. If the problem continues, it is better to consult a General Surgeon to have a inspection, per-rectal examination and ano-proctoscopy to know the exact cause and get treated as required. If there is nothing alarming as per examination it is better not to explore such a thing which has shown not to suit you. Take care. Have normal lifestyle. take a laxative in the night so that the motion tomorrow should be soft and supple. You can have a Sitz bath in a tub with warm water to have soothing effect.
