Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have a pain in my throat...but it s not inside my throat. It feels like it s somewhere between my skin and the inside of my throat and neck...and hurts when I apply gentle pressure to the side of my neck. Almost like a swollen gland but it s a larger area then a gland. It is very tender to the touch, and it s only my right side. When I sniffle it also creates pain on that one side down my neck internally. It doesn t hurt to swallow.
