Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Shoulder pain and difficulty raising your arm can be caused by a
rotator cuff strain, and is common after playing golf. There may be a
deformity in the bone which occurs when tendons and/or muscles tear resulting Bruising and swelling and pain in case you overuse. Be careful, only use your arm in ways that do not cause more pain. Also avoid activities that make your shoulder pain worse, such as throwing and overhead reaching and lifting. A more acute
injury can occur from lifting heavy objects or falling onto your shoulder or upper arm. Resting till the time you recover , applying any
analgesic ointment, tying crepe bandage and hot pack on painful part will give you relief very fast. A spoon of turmeric powder in a hot cup of hot milk in BF and at bed time for few days is a natural antiseptic and anti biotic , will put you on the road of recovery very fast by relieving pain and inflammation. Take
Vitamin C and D in natural form for strengthening bones and muscles . Mild stretching of your arms gives strength to
limbs. Only medicines don't help much. If problem persists, consult your doctor.
Hope this helps to solve your problem. Let me know if I can assist you further.
