What Causes Pain Along With Curvature In The Little Finger?

I had a dislocated pinky finger on my right hand back in Oct 2014. I have a booteneer look with some swelling still and pain if it gets bumped. I can t shake a guys hand with my right hand. I have a smaller brace to try to make it straighter at the middle joint. Will I ever be able to bend my finger to full close and no pain?

I really appreciate your concern, looking to the condition given here, physiotherapy is the only option you have, but prior to this better to have opinion from orthopedic surgeon because physiotherapy need to be done according to advise given by orthopedic surgeon, hope this information helps, take care.
