What Causes Pain Above The Right Eyebrow?

My 17 year old daughter has been having headaches on the right side above her eyebrow. When this happens her left hand sometimes start shaking. Also, she has had several episodes where her eyes move uncontrollably and her vision goes black. She was diagnosed with POTS 2 years ago. Could these headaches/possible seizures be related?

Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

She may be having facial tics or a migrainous headache or partial seizures etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Please get an EEG, CT brain, serum electrolytes and calcium.

Avoid caffeinated drinks and avoid stress. Do regular exercise and yoga. eat green leafy vegetables. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
