What Causes Pain Above Testicle Post Treatment For UTI?

Hello sir i am 25 yr old and few dats back i feeled pain in my right lower abdomen and after doing test for urine it was UTI.i am taking nutrofuratoin from 5 days.but iam feeling slight pain in slight upper than left testicle and it is also hanging lower than right testicle.plz suggest me what can be this.epidimytis or vericocele.

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Sou might experience pain in the testicle after the treatment for urinary tract infection as some amount of infection could have spread to epididymis and testis. Also you might be having pain due to reactive inflammation and fluid collection resulting in mild hydrocele.
You can take analgesics like Ibuprofen to get relieved from pain. Also give adequate scrotal support to prevent testis from sagging down till the symptoms subside completely.
