Hi,

Acetaminophen-PM is a combination of a pain reliever/fever reducer (acetaminophen) and an antihistamine (diphenhydramine).

Based on the history you seem to have developed decreased frequency of urination apparently due the one of the side effects of diphenhydramine.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali
