What Causes One Shaky While Walking Post A Cataract Surgery?

I got my father's eye operated (cataract). They had given some medicine but after taking the medicine, he feels very dull and his pronunciation is also not clear. I have shown him to MD medicine he advised to give Nuro Kind medicine of Mankind. He is also shaking while walking. Please advice. His sugar and BP is normal these days.

It is age related problem. Parkinson disorder should be ruled out You can conti nue nurokind. Can be given 5 injection of neurobion forte on alternate days
